While I thought
I am independent
I don't need anyone's help
When my emotions I need to vent
All my life I have been like this
It made me stronger, made me tough
I thought I am getting better
Didn't know, in the process my emotions I'm gonna cuff
While all this time I thought
I am improving my mental flow
I was getting run over
By my own stupid ego!
