विचलित मन

क्यों ये मन इतना उदास है
अशांत है विचलित है

क्या ये प्रेम की अनुपस्थिति है
या बस मेरी मनोस्थिति है
क्या यह अविश्वास है विश्वास पे
या स्वयं पे

क्या ये उन उमीदों के स्व्प्ने हैं
जो पूरे ना हों सकें
या उनके फड़फड़ाते पंख हैं
जो जानते नहीं की जाना कहां है

क्या ये भूत के लिये उदास हैं
वर्तमान के लिये अशांत और
भविष्य के लिये विचलित है
क्यों ये मन इतना उदास है
अशांत है विचलित है

Me, the tree!

I stand here tall
I overlook the fields
I see beside me
I hear the chirping of birds
Sitting on my branches

The world looks so beautiful

From up here
And green.. just like me

I have my roots
And I belong here
But When the rains comes
I dance on its beats
I stretch my branches
And grow my leaves
I blush green with the touch of water
And I feel happy and feel stronger!!

Rare

Love is so rare
Why can't it be there
Why do you have to wait for it
Till when can you wait for it

Trust is so rare
Why would anybody care
The world is full of back-stabbers
Not a single one who can act as an anchor

Honesty is so rare
Its not something everyone would spare
Right or not, it should bring you something
Bcoz now-a-days it doesn't require any proving

Life is so rare
Why can't it be something we share
We take breaths and pass our time
We call it life and still whine!

प्रेम गीत

प्रेमलोक के प्रत्येक दिवस का
तू नूतन है तू अभिनव
प्रत्यक्ष नहीं समक्ष नहीं पर
मन कर देता है आरव

क्या खोजें हम शब्दकोश में
क्या हम तुझको नाम दें
मन सरिता के तुम्हीं गीत हो
आगे सब विश्राम है

भिन्न हूँ तुमसे चाहे जितना
चाहे हूँ तुमसे अलग
प्रेम है ये प्रतिबिम्ब तुम्हारा
चलू साथ अब मैं पग पग

आ जाओ जीवन में अब तुम 

करदो अब इसको परिपूर्ण 

फ़िर से नाचे प्रेम गीत पर 

फ़िर से जायें हम झूम ।

मन की पीड़ा

इंतजार है कब से तेरा
पलकें बिछये बेठे हैं
इन हवाओं में तेरे गीत हैँ
नदी वृक्ष मनमीत हैं

पहाड़ो की उस चोटी पे
जहाँ भाग कर जाते थे
सूरज को ढलते  देख कर
आलिंगन हम भरते थे

नदिया के पानी में जब हम
कणकण फैन्का करते थे
आगे आने वाले कल के
सपने देखा करते थे

पर अब तुम बस मेरे सपनों का हिस्सा हो
कल थे हकिकत मेरी आज बस इक किस्सा हो 

आओ इस जीवन में अब तुम 

कर दो मुझको अब जीवंत 

विरह ना अब मैं सह पाऊंगी 

कर दूँगी इसका मैं अंत।

आसमां के परे

वृक्ष के इन परिन्दो को कह गय़ा है कोई
आत्मा की शान्ति हेतु इस ध्वनि में खोई

हृदय के स्मृति पटल पर
तुम ही छाये रात भर
इस को देखे इस को सुनते
कट जाये ये उमर

आज खुश हूँ तृप्त हूँ मैं
और मदमस्त है ये पवन
पक्षियों की मधुर ध्वनि में
हो गयी हूँ मैं मगन

जाओ मन तुम उड़ भी आओ
दूर आसमां के परे
जहाँ ना हो कोई बन्दिश
और किसी से ना हो भय

जीवन की मधु बर्षा

मेघ बरसे मेघ छाये आज बहुत दिनों के बाद
मोरो ने आवाज़ लगाई बहुत दीनो के बाद

सूरज की उन किरणों से मन हुआ प्रफुल्लित

 इंद्रधनुष के रंग देख के मानव है हर्षित
क्या अजब है प्रभु की लीला
क्या है यह चमत्कार
मन यह डोल रहा है मेरा अब तो बारम्बार 

जीवन की इस मधु बर्षा को मन में लिए उतार
छोड़ चली मैं इस धरती को मन में लिए विचार
ऐसे पाना है तुझको कि घुल जाए तू मुझमें
अपने इस अस्तित्व को खो कर मिल जाना है तुझमें

Feeling!

Today someone made me cry
or was it something!
These are the tears of happiness
or ecstasy, I don't know

It is the the music or the lyrics
I don't know
I feel what the poet had felt
Sure, I feel something

When I meet You,
I'm gonna ask
How can You give so much happiness
to a human being
If such is the beauty of life,
Would like to come to Earth again and again!

Failed

Its loud and its playing
I don't understand the words
but it is supposed to be disturbing
I know the intention

But you can't achieve that
and I have made it a part of me
Part of my existence
and Part of my life

I enjoy when you play loud
Coz it acts as a blocker
Between your intentions and my thoughts
and so I have won
and you failed to take it over!

Memories

I think of you
And I miss you
In those streets
Where we have been together

I look at those chaat shops where we ate
And the benches on which we faught
I remember this place where we had our first date
And the place where my love, my eyes you caught

Seems like a distant past
But a happy memory
Coz we are creating new ones
New places and new streets
Feeling nostalgic.. traveling without you!

Underwater Experience!

The life undersea always look mystic
Looks like it has so many secrets
The water is transparent still thick
As if it's all there still hidden

The ocean is huge and endless
The creatures inside are countless
The water may look dirty but has chasteness
I was lost in its deepness

The ground below with various creatures
Part of their ocean and still vagabond
Turn around and you see the top of the ocean
Bright with sunlight from the world beyond

The colors, the beauty and the darkness
Beautiful, exciting and still scary
You feel heavy and light at the same time
Feeling happy, ecstatic and glee!
